An explanation is not independent of who explains, for what purpose they explain, from what position they explain, and for whom others explain.

Our services

Training

Alongside Governance and Integrity International, we facilitate training sessions that help teams strengthen moral decision-making, integrity, and inclusive practices. All training is tailored to the institution’s context and aims to build long-term internal capacity for moral judgement and moral learning. We also conduct training that introduces practical tools, gender-responsive frameworks and risk-sensitive reflection, to support organisations in navigating complex dilemmas.

Coaching

We offer one-to-one and small-group coaching focused on leadership, navigating uncertainty, and strengthening reflective practice. Our approach draws on moral reasoning, systems thinking, and evidence-based frameworks to support professionals working in challenging environments. Coaching sessions help leaders slow down, weigh options, and act with clarity, fairness, and accountability.

Research

We conduct rigorous, policy-oriented research to help institutions understand systems, behaviours, and organisational cultures. This includes mixed-methods studies, benchmarking, gender analysis, system analysis, and policy reports. Our research helps organisations identify patterns, surface risks, and design actions grounded in data and social insight.

Advice

We support organisations in strengthening their governance, integrity systems, and gender-responsive policies. This includes advising on protocols, risk management, organisational change, and strategic planning. Our advisory work is collaborative and actionable, helping clients align their structures, decisions, and cultures with their values and responsibilities.
