Alongside Governance and Integrity International, we facilitate training sessions that help teams strengthen moral decision-making, integrity, and inclusive practices. All training is tailored to the institution’s context and aims to build long-term internal capacity for moral judgement and moral learning. We also conduct training that introduces practical tools, gender-responsive frameworks and risk-sensitive reflection, to support organisations in navigating complex dilemmas.
Coaching
We offer one-to-one and small-group coaching focused on leadership, navigating uncertainty, and strengthening reflective practice. Our approach draws on moral reasoning, systems thinking, and evidence-based frameworks to support professionals working in challenging environments. Coaching sessions help leaders slow down, weigh options, and act with clarity, fairness, and accountability.

We conduct rigorous, policy-oriented research to help institutions understand systems, behaviours, and organisational cultures. This includes mixed-methods studies, benchmarking, gender analysis, system analysis, and policy reports.
